I moved to Las Vegas in late 1964 from LA and opened Royal Transmission. Business steadily increased and then we moved to the current location in 1967. We built a strong customer base and through the 70’s and 80’s and opened up 7 more locations. In those times Royal and Las Vegas grew so fast, and big part of our growth was due to how we treated our customers and our repeat customers. In the mid 90’s we sold our franchise to a large corporation and kept our main location on highland. At that time we had change the name for that location, (Transmission Service Center) we could not use the Royal name for five years, after that time our new name just stuck with us, we our now known as both names. In the mid 90’s my son Billy has taken over for me and has been running things ever since.
